Q:What kind of products do you sell?
A: I sell original art products like keychains, stickers, vinyl decals, art prints, and the occasional zine or charm. Everything is inspired by my love of jellyfish, cryptids, fantasy, and chaotic sea energy. I also do fanart for fandoms I love, and will continue to expand.

Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Most items are digitally illustrated by me and professionally manufactured through trusted vendors. Certain items, like block prints or hand-packaged pieces, are 100% handmade and assembled in my tiny studio.

Q: Do you accept commissions?
A: Yes! When slots are open, you'll find commission listings here on the site. I offer character cards, badges, full illustrations, and more. I announce availability through Ko-fi and Instagram, and often run sales on commissions!.

Q: Will my order come with freebies?
A: Sometimes! Orders supporting charity projects or larger purchases may include sticker scraps, bonus cards, or mini thank-you notes.

Q: Do all items donate to charity?
A: Only specific items are part of my charity-focused collections, such as:

Humane Society pet designs (animal shelter rescue support)
These items are clearly marked, and 20% of profits from them are donated. They will have this in their description as well!

Q: Why not donate from all items?
A: Running a small shop takes a lot of resources! By focusing donations on select collections, I can sustain my work and continue making meaningful contributions.

Q: Where do donations go?
A: To Florida wildlife and conservation efforts and local animal shelters. I post donation receipts and updates through Ko-fi for transparency.

Shipping & Processing

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.

Q: How long does processing take?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Handmade or pre-order items may take longer, but this will be noted in the listing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time but it will come in the future!

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please message me within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and I’ll work to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Major credit cards, PayPal, and other options via Ko-fi.

Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
A: You can cancel if your order hasn't shipped yet. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items. Custom or commissioned work is final sale unless damaged.

Q: Why the name Admiral Jellyfish?
A: Because I wanted to sound important while drawing silly aquatic gremlins. I liked the idea of a a nautical theme. It’s weird enough I would hope people remember it!

Q: Can I resell your artwork?
A: Nope! All designs are for personal use only unless we’ve arranged a commercial license. Please be respectful of this.

Q: What is Port Moonmarsh?
A: A full page dedicated to the lore behind the shop and the characters within it can be found on the Story page! But in short, It's a Portside town on a ancient planet at the corner of the cosmos, and our story here started when Adm. J Aurelia, the father of our little gremlin Adm. Jellyfish, docks for the first time.
